Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Returns/exchanges allowed within 7 days of delivery.

  • Only applicable for:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Damaged product received

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products.

  • Products clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email at imperialnutrition.in@gmail.com with order details and reason for return.

  • Our team will guide you through the process.

 

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method only.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • If return is due to wrong/damaged product, we bear the shipping cost.

  • If the reason is customer preference (not our error), customer bears the cost.
